Great staff but toxic senior management

Pros

Great public service staff, excellent collections, dedicated & creative staff trying to make a difference.

Cons

Senior mgmt is toxic & creates a cultural of fear (of discipline). Actively micromanages, opposes creativity, treats most public service staff as incompetent, untrustworthy, experience & skills of professional staff are disregarded.

Pros

Awesome dental plan, and WRS

Cons

Safety, no management support, and managers who are unqualified for the job, and the only real safety support is at the Central location, so if you aren’t working in that location, you have to rely on MPD.
