Money can be good during high season

Cons

-Owner and management treat employees horribly. -Racist, rude, and entitled customers and managers. -Most staff older staff is rude and treats every one else like they're not part of the "club" - weeks of "training" before you start getting tips. Just an excuse to have you work without tips

Some coworkers are very experienced, so you get to learn a lot.

Cons

My way or the the highway mindset tips are distributed unfairly to people. Such as food runners get paid same as server assistant???? how would that make sense. And somms get paid same as server while doing half the work Understaffed on busy days while over staffed on extremely slow days
