      Working here is great

      Pros

      Working conditions are very relaxed and laid back. People are friendly and nice. Benefits are quite good especially the 401k contributions. You get 4 weeks off within 2 years of working here. You start with 3 weeks off.

      Cons

      Not as fast paced as some might want in finance. Conservative fund but very positive long term track record. Salaries are not beating the market.

      Pros

      - Passionate leadership in the firm - Amazing and kind employees who genuinely care for each other - Low turnover, which signals loyalty and dedication - Work/life balance - Good benefits

      Cons

      - NY office located in a touristy / crowded area near Radio City Music Hall / Rockefeller Center - Older building and infrastructure compared to newer offices in the surrounding area - Various IT / equipment and software can use some upgrading - Smaller firm means more responsibilities for each person, but also means less bureaucracy

      Pros

      As far as Hedge funds go, this is a great place to work. Family like atmosphere and positive morale, great benefits and very progressive company. Very happy employee.

      Cons

      Working lunch in which there is a stipend which is tempting, but could be fattening
