      Enjoy being treated like a second class citizen

      Pros

      They have a really nice kitchen and starbucks coffee

      Cons

      The other admins were obnoxiously rude. Management looked down on the rest of the team. "Companywide" trips that not everyone was invited to. They also don't tell you until you have accepted that they pay monthly.

      Competitive salary compared to most firms. Excellent commission structure. Family culture. Brilliant environment to work in.

      No real cons. Just an all round outstanding company.
