Pros
I'm writing this after being gone for a few years, and although we didn't part on great terms, after working at a few agencies, I think this was a great place to work. This team turned down clients that didn't align with their values, worked hard to maintain B-corp status, honestly asked questions about reducing their ecological footprint on the world. Maybe it's not the best company to work at, but you can find much worse out there.
Cons
The con's working for Mightybytes you'll find at any agency, when the money is slim, they cut benefits, reduce hours, and get a tight hold on billable hours, when the money is good, things relax, people have fun etc. It's just not going to be fun working at any agency that is currently losing money (not that they are now).

There was a lot of forward-thinking energy I worked with some of the most creative, critical thinkers it's been my pleasure to know

Follow-through on big ideas could get sidetracked As with many agencies, the flow of work can be uneven, leading to budget issues
