Leadership is disrespectful and abusive to people who aren't in positions to help themselves due to hiring only entry level and unexperienced employees. Guidance does not exist from anyone who is understanding of the current state of the industry and the expectations of where it will be in the future. Long hours with minimal pay and little understanding of what a personal life means because most of the senior people do not have any. They aspire to help underprivileged members of society while underperforming and overcharging resulting a terrible experience for both parties. They fake, they lie, they cheat and they ruin what love and passion employees once had for their craft. If you love or even just like what you do, don't attempt to continue it there.

Company relies heavily on a few higher paying clients. Owner has a bad reputation in the industry. People either don’t know her, or know her and don’t trust her. She has abusive relationships with people in the office. She sends the most disrespectful emails to clients, leaving you embarrassed to work here.
