      Pros

      Really great place to work and get chance to meet and work with smartest phDs in the lab.

      Cons

      The customer pool is not very large, it is still in developing stage. Never talk about salaries, it's not a very profit start-up.

      Small company, comparabaly free. You can work at home as long as a weekly meeting is garanteed.

      Cons

      Low salary, not very interesting, not that helpful for your career growth.
