Pros

Canadian Division Field Management team was awesome to work with and learn from. Seeing the Operations Supervisor, Ops Manager laying equipment showed how much they care about helping the employees and job success rate.

Cons

A few minor ones that were rectified shortly after being mentioned and no longer a con for working at the company

Pros

Used to be a great place to work. Middle management got along with employees and the workforce was very productive.

Cons

Too top heavy. 3 "C" suite employees and numerous VPs for a company of less than 50 employees. Employees that have ties with upper management continue to keep their jobs while sitting at home doing nothing. Favoritism has killed the company.

Pros

Most supervisors are very nice and understanding of work/life balance.

Cons

When layoffs happen the same old people who do not contribute much get to stay.
