Flexible schedule, profit sharing, remote on occasion.
Cons
Way too much drama amongst the production employees. Office staff is all about work and not approachable to get to know.

The company was great until the original few that founded the company left, New management took over and quickly ruined it, HR is a joke, falsely accuses workers of allegations before confirming they have the correct employee, quickly found out they had the wrong worker and never apologized or made anything right when it came to light, when you leave you don’t get your vacation you rightfully accrued,
