Pros

They give you a laptop that may or may not work.

Cons

Inexperienced management unwilling to contribute to the work load. No work life balance like they pretended when being hired. Will fire you if you want any time off without taking your laptop with you, even when your dad is in hospice.

Pros

Pay 💰, bonus potential, remote work from home

Cons

Toxic management does not set realistic goals, adds to duties constantly, when people quit or are fired they don’t hire to replace them, the work is distributed amongst sr staff. Performed management duties as delegated but not paid for them, performed review duties but unable to get the title for review, trained staff because managers didn’t know processed. When you ask for time off for family, expect to be asked to remain available with your computer. Vacation? Take your computer, work around the kids wanting to be in the pool. Totally unrealistic work life balance.

Pros

- Friendly staff - Your not micromanaged - Happy hours

Cons

With the rapid growth of Method, there was some room for promotion. However promotions are not based on merit but based on who management likes. They will lead you on continually but will continue to push back the date of the promotion that your working towards. Ultimately they will decide your future for you. PTO sucks for lower level employees starting at 10 days a year in comparison to the industry average of 1 month.
