A highly ambitious company who stick to their company values extremely well. Actively promotes a work life balance. Will help employee's achieve their own personal goals as well as company goals. Great social aspect to role.
Cons
Not an established company so will have perks of that relating to a company of its size.

Method Grid is growing rapidly - from five to sixteen in the last six months (after growth-enabling funding). The product is developing and honing-in on the needs of our target sector and market (construction and engineering). There's so much to like about we're building here - from a team that keep our Values front-&-centre of everything we do, to a real entrepreneurial spirit and some really talented colleagues. The course of an early-stage tech business is never always smooth, but we've made a great start.
Cons
No cons. There'll be 'bumps' in the road as we grow and build the business, but that's true of all early-stage, ambitious businesses.
