Pros
METHOD provides varying job responsibilities which creates an engaging work environment. Collaboration is encouraged, and team members are both approachable and willing to share expertise. Individual career interests are prioritized, with many opportunities to work on exciting projects and focus on professional development. There is flexibility with work hours, which is extremely beneficial for accommodating personal needs. METHOD has a hardworking, close-knit team, and my experience there was very rewarding, to say the least.
