      Overworked and Underappreciated

      Pros

      All the hours/overtime you want. Good insurance. Will send to training. Prefers to promote from within. No accountability for when you screw off.

      Cons

      Clueless management. Employees are just a number. Pay isn't competitive for salaried employees. No ethics. Will do anything to get product out the door.

      Work yourself to death for little reward

      Pros

      Local, base pay is around $15 an hour

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime, sometimes work weeks at a time with out a single day off because refusing overtime gets the same penalty as calling off, machines are constantly breaking and not getting fixed but you’re still expected to produce good parts with a broken machine, not much room for advancement as highest paying hourly position makes around $17 an hour

      Pros

      pay is reasonable and benefits such as health insurance (includes medical, eye and dental) are good. Main holidays off paid after probationary period.

      Cons

      a lot of unnecessary overtime and certain departments are NOT willing to work around other activities. No doctor excuses accepted.
