      All the hours/overtime you want. Good insurance. Will send to training. Prefers to promote from within. No accountability for when you screw off.

      Cons

      Clueless management. Employees are just a number. Pay isn't competitive for salaried employees. No ethics. Will do anything to get product out the door.
