      Involving in major international projects; learned basic manufacturing processes and how to work with common materials and parts.

      Cons

      Working with dinosaurs scared of new tech and transparency. Goals aren’t set or tracked. Hard to change the situation because its run by family and relatives.

      Headquarter is in Istanbul and make payments on time and two times in a month. They have both facade and structural steel companies. They have lots of projects internationally. They provide sponsorship in the UK.

      Cons

      It's a holding company but still managed as a family company mindset.
