      Pros

      I appreciate being able to bring all of myself to Metafy. My good days, my bad. Working from home, on the road, shared workspaces. Geeking out about product or Magic the Gathering.

      Growing is hard, so striving to stay connected in a remote work world.

      - Fair compensation. - Radical transparency. Working in public gets takes some getting used to, but is a great model for remote teams. - Company is truly built out of love for games and gaming communities.

      Cons

      - At times, too many resources are devoted to product design at the expense of actual development. - Goals can be unrealistic given market and economic conditions.
