      Pros

      Best one "Work From Home is Available". Enjoy your work life as you like. Sit in a cafe with friends and work side by side, or just enjoy the time and get back to work after that. It's great.

      Cons

      You might need to get out of the comfort-zone for a while in the starting just like other companies, but once your settled you'll enjoy the time (which is rare in other UX/UI Studios)

      Pros

      - I will primarily focus on the work culture here. Hierarchy is very supportive and managers are always helpful. - Get to work with great talents from worldwide, for example, most of my teammates work from different locations. - Work from home independence. You can opt either from the office or WFH and there will be no judgments. - Pay is good and incentives are always provided.

      Cons

      Tough hiring process. Sometimes they do not understand that people can do the job if trained.
