Pros

Good work life balance. Snacks in the lunch room.

Cons

Lack of professional environment. CEO and staff don't get along. Staff infact don't want to interact with CEO. Revolving door of HR managers, and staff. Family working with professionals that use their power to abuse other professionals. Management don't keep their word on anything at all. Very sneaky and dirty tactics are used.
