Toxic management,use of intimidation tactics towards agents, blatant favouritism, management gossip like they are in high school, lack of proper training for work- load. Don't work there!!!

Management is horrible. Not holding people accountable, managers don't address issues with employees, instead it's ignored and unacceptable behavior is allowed.
