Structured hospital, allows opportunity for growth, magnet facility.
Cons
Management does not care about your work-life balance. They just care about you being there for shift and even push you to pick up more shifts. Do not always give you the time off you request. Does not give good raises. Short staffed, they don't care if you're struggling.

Great PT manager, 403b matching program is great, time off is easy to get, wonderful coworkers in my area

Seems on the lower end of the pay scale for PT in the acute setting, at times the response to COVID seemed disorganized and inadequate
