Overall relatively well organised team at the time. Somewhat friendly once you get to know a few people who are willing to converse with you.

Cons

If you're not into environmental auditing and working with lots of paper work plus site visits, it will be quite boring for you. The culture is quite local and so it is hard to socialize, join conversations or feel included if you don't speak the language. Salary is relatively low at first.
