Narcissist owner with no communication skills

- Truly talented and great team. - The art director was awesome, learned so much from him and all his guidance. - Was very compassionate and the entire art team loves him. A true gem in the industry.
Cons
- Having Mark Gazecki as the owner is a detriment to the company. - A narcissist that knows absolutely zero about game development. - Insults and berating people during standups if things don't go his way. - They lies and do not respect contracts or agreements - Highly toxic environment - They will go out of their way to make your life miserable if you speak out against any injustices done to you. - Cheap is not even the word, we got a 200$ raise last year. - Mark Gazecki micromanages every part of the team, again he knows nothing about gaming. - He has not released one profitable game since taking over the company and everything he touches just falls apart. - The turnaround in this company is incredible, once people get to know the owner and the way the company is run, they all leave. - Horrible insurance and extremely overpriced. - Mark Gazecki has a total lack of appreciation for people's efforts and hard work.
