Pros
I've worked in I.T. for close to 10 years and have to say being part of the Maxpanda CMMS Software team is one of if not the best decisions I've ever made. The environment is awesome, we're left to make our decisions on how to best serve our global clientbase. Weekly meetings are not only informative but have a purpose for the entire team.
Cons
I can't say anything negative because I'm happy. If there's any change trust me the owners listen and move quickly to serve all employees. They get it!
