Thank you for your feedback and for your long-standing commitment to MaxLite—we appreciate both. We’ve heard similar input around document management and billing, and these are areas we’ve been actively evaluating. Over the past year, we’ve made updates to our SOPs and strengthened our document control processes to improve consistency, accessibility, and accountability across warehouse operations. In parallel, we’ve been refining our billing systems to drive greater efficiency, accuracy, and visibility. This is ongoing work, and we’re continuing to assess tools and processes to better support the business as we grow. Regarding vacation, our current approach is designed to encourage employees to fully disconnect and recharge each year, rather than deferring time off. We believe this supports both individual well-being and sustained performance across teams. That said, we understand perspectives on flexibility and continue to review our policies to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with employee needs. We appreciate your insights—they help inform where we focus next.
