Respectful people work there. Management in US is weak.

Cons

Weak management, Too much work. You have to work 24/7 without rest. Works are much more than the # of employees. Stocks are plummeting.

Not good since a year ago when we lost big customers The stock market shares have lost a significant value during the past year. A lot of experienced people are leaving this office due to the mentioned issues There is no work life balance, Workload is very bad due to lack of design engineers.

Nothing positive left really! not even technically. MxL used to be a good place at least for learning.

Cons

Poor Management (technical & general) Lack of vision Financially weak Toxic environment There are expectations but no appreciation Engineers will pay (already paid) for wrong top level decisions. Not a place to grow Leave rate is high in Engineering (RFIC)
