The leadership is evil. These arrogant people want employees to report what they are doing every minute of every day. It crushes employee confidence and creates a stressful ambiance. Please beware!

Everyone here work hard, except for those running the place.

Leadership at Matteo's is filled with arrogant individuals driven by massive egos. Many supervisors are unapproachable, offering little help and even less support. Feedback is ignored, and independent thinking is clearly unwelcome. They want yes-men who never question their questionable decisions

Training was fun. Made friends with my co-trainees who became coworkers.

Cons

We're basically just tools to management that they can use and abuse! Employees were fired without proper notice and without any chances given. Work expectations were tough and brutal, trying to survive was exhausting!
