Great employee discounts, nice perks including a good fun day of corporate play

Cons

If you want to get a role in politics this place is for you! Be sure to get in with the right people and fake it well as that is what matters the most. All razzle and no substance gets you ahead...and it is okay to bold face lie to get what you want. In fact you will be promoted for it.

Pros

Awesome brands and toys. Friday half days all year round however very difficult to take them based on work load. Great career opportunities if you are comfortable being politic savvy.

Cons

Do not value employees or work life balance. Many team members have multiple responsibilities that were previously 2 roles or 1.5 roles. Mattel with the blink of an eye will let go long term employees or force them to move from full time to part-time to meet financial targets. Also, many systemic issues ... IT investment to get them current is required!
