Pros

Early work schedule allows for freedom during the week for appointments ect. Freedom to make your own decisions with your accounts. If you have an "in town" route it's a great job.

Cons

10-12 hour days to be expected to do job correctly. Staff shortages across the board. If you sell 200 cases, you load those back onto your truck at end of day. Out of town routes must drive back to warehouse to refill their trucks with product even if they have to drive two hours. This is not a sales job. This is a delivery driver job with little to no time to spare to dedicate to sales or display building. Physically taxing. The staffing issues create major barriers to provide quality service to accounts. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

Pros

Great offer received from the company. Then quit job.

Cons

Company ghosted after sending offer letter. Extremely rude and hurtful.
