      Completely uncaring for employees

      Pros

      They will take untrained individuals and teach them how to use the equipment

      Cons

      Very unsafe environment, people constantly get hurt due to negligence, long 10-12 days with little chance for advancement, it's constantly a blame game and new people rarely stay for more then a couple months

      low pay, no vacation time , cheap trim all mdf, no tools , supervisors very moody
