Great teamwork, best IT department I have seen and yearly bonus (depending on local sales) given to all staff.
Cons
Worst training by managers, warehouse associates are stuck training each other (which cause conflict), they don't care about overworking their employees. There is no possibility of going up the hierarchical ladder.
