Pros
Good pay, late start and it will keep you physically fit. Once you have the workflow down, it's not terribly demanding mentally.
Cons
Lack of communication, you'll never hear feedback or corrective action. Its extremely physically demanding work, if you have 140 stops that'll be at least 280 times into and out of your van. You'll walk anywhere from 30-42 miles a week on average, with climbing into and out of your van counting as 15-20 flights of stairs.
