Really my worst experience ever as employee, out of 6 I had: - Top management is touched by some form of paranoia (the engineers are stealing from us - type of thing). - Toxic. - A lot of meetings in which some form of cult of personality towards the CEO was clearly apparent. Very uncomfortable feeling during these meetings. 'F' bombs were dropped sometimes, which is unjustifiable in my book. But 'El lider masimo' was allowed apparently :0 - No vision and understanding of product development cycle. - Massive cuts in hiring (we really needed to fill a few positions), new test equipment spending, employee discounts as we had under SU management, travel and bonuses. In conclusion a radical change is needed, not that it will happen. Even if it happens, I feel that the audio brands will be negatively affected for a long time to come. Some were literally decimated, like B&W, Classe, Definitive Technologies. Denon and Marantz are in better shape but they are in Japan were they're harder to reach, otherwise they would have wreck them too.
