Great preceptors Teamwork attitude with other staff

Cons

Pay was abysmal RN/Patient ratio was abysmal Scheduling left much to be desired. Many nights of staying after shift to complete charting, didn't leave much time to rest between shifts. Lead to burnout quickly. RNs in white scrubs
