Toxic Leadership and Unhealthy Work Environment

Some of the team members were great to work with, supportive, and collaborative

Cons

Working under Darren Jerr (former CEO) was an extremely negative experience. He is toxic, unpredictable, and struggles with anger management, making it nearly impossible to maintain a healthy work environment. His behavior creates constant stress, and he has a tendency to ruin everything he touches. For the sake of your well-being, I strongly advise against working with or near him. This is not an environment conducive to professional growth or mental health.

business development = 0 leadership = 0 culture = toxic results = 0 handful of people know what they're doing - tech/ops side. haven't sold to a single soul for years and talking like they've been running tesla :D laughable

* Fair and Balanced environment * Very quick to raise compensation * A place where you can grow both in your field and into other fields * If you like to wear many hats or just a single hat there is flexibility for both *Excelent benefits * Good taste in whiskey

Cons

* In the last 2 years none , prior to this there where more conflicts. As management has changed this has been resolved.
