I have been a full-time employee at Market Logic Software for the better part of 4 years and have really enjoyed participating in all aspects of the growth of our company. Having been actively involved in the technology sector for 20+ years, I may bring a perspective different from those with less experience. As with all young companies with a strong vision, tremendous growth and much at stake, the environment can be challenging to say the least...but that is exactly what makes it special. I have seen us make many of the mistakes that are typical of companies in this stage of growth but Market Logic has matured over the last couple of years in ways that I believe are very unique. Our leadership has openly sought the feedback of both our customers and our employees (at all levels). Feedback can sometimes be difficult to digest but the company has leaned in and materially made changes to address any issues or concerns raised. There is an obvious commitment from the top down to serve our customers and employees with the highest levels of professionalism while providing technical innovation that is rarely seen. For me, the level of transparency shown at Market Logic, as we transform towards a scalable, mature company, at the top of our industry, is nothing short of impressive. Amazing vision and a commitment to excellence! I am all in.
