Micro management, all the senior managers trying to become to control person in the school especially the HR manager (NotA Qualified and Professional) will step into all departments to control the school. The CE will bride a lots of people to become her eyes so that this people can feedback her with every single department juicy stories. Even your personal life. Not recommended for those who are looking for work life balance people. You won't get this. You need to be on stand by 24hrs on call. Even during MCO period with the tight locked down all staff are force to go back to office to work. The HR will issue fake letter for staff in order to get through the road block by the police.
