Fun place to work in the short term

Pros

Definitely a fun place to work. You get a chance to tackle very interesting projects and work along side very intelligent people. The offices are nice and benefits are great.

Cons

Company is on the decline. Senior management has serious integrity issues and places absolutely no value on developers. Layoffs are a regular occurrence, and those who are cut are the ones are generally guilty of failing to keep up with politics more often than failing to keep up with work.

Pros

The people and the technologies are by far the best I've ever been a part of.

Cons

The company is headed in a downward spiral. They say they're regaining ground but they're not. After many years of poor management, it seems the end is inevitable for what was once a great company. If you're not in the upper-management crowd, you're fodder for any project failures that may occur.
