No work-life balance. Taking breaks or leaving before 7 pm is frowned upon. Phone calls on weekends and sick days. No job security - most people are fired a few months after joining. in 2020, more than 75 percent of the company was fired. Management lacks focus. No customers. Products are unstable and in extremely low quality. Place will probably shut down in the next year
