Pros

-Reliable and popular company (good for your CV) -Good training grounds for newbies -Lots of learnings -OT is paid -HMO for you and 1 dependent upon starting

Cons

-Will work you to the bone (at least overtime is always paid, but the burnout isn't) -We didn't have proper office chairs on site, we were seating for like 10+ hrs on monoblock chairs -Regularization? After 10 yrs, maybe -No work/life balance at all

Pros

- Good Experience especially for those interested in Construction or those who aim to be a Contractor one day. - Challenging tasks. Overnight at the office can happen sometimes. - Good learning experience, especially if you have a good mentor. - Good Officemates. Ages of co-workers varies from 21 to 40 y.o. - You can choose to get an accommodation on-site - Managers/Coordinators can be forgiving to your leaves or absences. - Office culture is fun, especially the extra-curricular activities, events, team building, hangouts, etc.

Cons

- Low Compensation (Php 16,000 min. to Php 19,000 max.) - Long office hours - 48hrs per week - the extra 8hrs on the 48hrs isn't declared -an Overtime. I time-in at 7am and time-out for 6pm. - Some days can be challenging at work especially if your department has few employees. - Offices aren't as beautiful as you would expect for a billion-peso company. - Office Politics exists. A fresh graduate getting higher compensation and position than someone who has 3 years' experience won't be a surprise. - Some Facilities aren't provided like Wi-Fi, free access to Social Media sites such as FB, YT, IG, Zoom, Viber, and a decent computer. I used a PC that had Windows 7 OS, brought my own mouse, and used my laptop in the majority of my stay there.
