      No process or systems to work, employees can work freely if they keep flattering the director.

      Cons

      Does not deserve a single star rating as they do not have etiquette & business/professionalism ethics. For experienced & knowledgeable candidates it's the hell where they can't grow as well as lose their previous experience. Stand-ups are happening in the air without any references. Micro-Management at the peak with no time limits as the director can call you anytime 24X7 to immediate reply to the client email.
