For me, one of the greatest aspects of working for MainStreet is their management approach. The owners of the company ensure that the team remains aligned with the overall values and mission of the company. Employee feedback is promoted and welcomed at any time. Processes and procedures are the result of input provided by the owners, management team and employees. This collaboration encourages team members to strive for the best to achieve goals and most importantly, create positive change.
