As mentioned by another employee, far to much micromanaging from the top. Priorities change out of nowhere and staff spend a lot of time scrambling because a new idea needs everybodies full attention straight away.

The culture is what ultimately killed it, management was obviously being stressed out from their superior and hence leaked onto their workers causing unnecessary hostility. No proper HR department - or HR at all at times. Also lack of structure and innovation in the business - you were essentially told what to do and not question it and not give feedback if you didn’t think it was right.
