No real budgets ever provided. Insurance provided needs work.

Terrible company. The higher ups only care about themselves and money. no employee appreciation. People in management positions that have no business running a place. management would rather you work 60+ hours a week or be short staffed as opposed to them coming to help out. corporate doesn't care about how awful a place is, all they are about is that they don't have to go into a building and work. They would rather have terrible employees than to fire someone and have to pay a little unemployment. If you care about your license and your residents, this is not the place for you.
