      Minimal - maybe left alone when liked by leadership?

      Cons

      Countless - deceptive on what the company does. No direction or understanding of execution. No investment to execute or support. Ultimately after hire any idea, strategy, or approach will be shut down if it doesn’t create immediate dollar value for ownership.

      Great salary, especially for an associate level role. Great people. Interesting work. Remote flexibility.

      Benefits were subpar. Did not have the infrastructure in place to properly develop associates in a timely manner.
