Cons
* Strict 9 hours office(45 hours/week), even 15 mins short will lead you to half day leave. * 30 mins lunch break only (typical school type) * No open IT culture * Higher Management pretends to listen employees concern but they are showing inability to take any action. * MAKE SURE NOT TO JOIN THE TEAM , where during interview , manager who will try to be very genuine and intelligent AFTER joining you will find eventually he is very arrogant, highly unprofessional, egoistic, not ethical and tries to manage his team as slaves. * You will not have rights to raise your point on even in technical side and manager treat you as he is master and you are a slave. * If you want to groom yourself as a professional , Do not join , until this is the only option you are left with and if Dignity matters you more than money.
