Pros

Good benefits. Management travels a lot to rack up free personal points. Some sales do it too.

Cons

Micromanagement. It’s a dying industry and they are just generating a lot of activity that don’t translate into real business.

Pros

Strong team, improving product offerings, collaborative environment

Cons

Industry is continuing to become more difficult to be successful in - increasingly competitive, gap between free options and what we offer is becoming more and more narrow.

Pros

Great people and culture. Working remotely gave lots of autonomy to employees which is great. Yearly NSMs are fun to attend. Challenging work most of the time.

Cons

Limited options for moving forward. Lots of internal changes made regularly.
