+ The team is comprised of A++ whip-smart, talented, skilled, motivated, empathetic Silicon Valley veterans. I am grateful to have the opportunity to collaborate with them and learn from them. Leadership leads without micro-managing. Colleagues support one another so we can collectively keep all the balls in the air. + The mission--"Disrupting Inside Out" is long-overdue. Why couldn't Marriott have come up with Airbnb, or Blockbuster with Netflix? They *could* have, if they invested in some informed small bets. Mach49 isn't a consulting firm--we enable companies--that's powerful stuff. +Our clients represent a wide-variety of fascinating industries. One thing they share in is in creating high-caliber teams who are motivated to learn how to disrupt inside out. It's exhilarating to see each team member engage and learn, grow, and own the process.
