      Staff are young, inexperienced. Management are young and lack people management skills

      Thank you for your review, and we are sorry you did not enjoy your time with us. One of the positive things that staff often feed back to us is our ability to accept candidates without experience in social care (where appropriate). This is possible because of the great training we provide, for free. Our teams are often made of up a mixture of experienced staff and those who are new to the sector, which works well for the people we support, as it provides new ideas along with prior knowledge.       Bad attitude

      Great working with clients and some great staff

      Cons

      Poor management attitude. Tried to raise a health and safety concern that we could fix easily and free. Was told maybe this isn't the job for you by a manager. They have no concern for safety or staff. Risk assessments crosses out and not replaced with anything when it suits.

      Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed working with people we support and your colleagues. Obviously we regret you've had concerns about health and safety. This seems out of character for our organisation, as we put an extremely high premium on these matters, and invest in substantial amounts of training. If you still have concerns, we recommend you speak to your local H&S Rep, or with the central HR team. Thanks again for taking the time to review.

      Rubbish, don’t care about staff

      Term time working, nothing else

      Cons

      Rubbish pay,disorganised, waste money on wrong areas whilst being tight in others Payroll are useless, messed up my pay several times, which caused me financial hardship,managers don’t care or listen, all round crap

      We're sorry to hear you were so unhappy in your employment with us. We're a little surprised, given your comments, that you worked with us for more than three years. We hope you were aware of the many channels of communication we have in place in addition to your direct line manager, and hope you have since found employment more to your liking.
