Pros
good pay, flexible schedule, majority of staff are students/young adults, staff are mostly accommodative towards each other. good place to gain retail experience for a wide range of products
Cons
although they are quite racially diverse in their hiring and most customers speak english, malay is mainly spoken among staff so it may be difficult if your malay is not good. no proper training is provided and new staff aren't supervised that closely in their first week, so would need to be very proactive in learning and asking people to teach you. can be quite draining to work in low sales branches since the management is always reminding you that performance is not up to par and they are not very motivating
