Pros

They have an unusual fondness for lion imagery, it's cringe but also hilarious. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

They don't listen to employees - people overwhelmingly wanted to maintain remote work and they ignored us. They treat employees like cogs in a machine, they don't put any consideration into workloads, demand more and impose draconian requirements. They'll also fire people with no prior notice. The pay is subpar and the benefits are minimal. Their processes and documentation 'exist' but are insufficient for their stated purposes. They frequently send out emails 'encouraging' you to donate to their non-profit arm. Fondness for buzzwords without thoughtful application plans.

It's a great place if you have a short attention span and want to get rotated to different unrelated projects on a monthly to weekly basis.

Cons

They'll claim to care about individuals and virtue signal via corporate spam on a daily basis. Then they'll fire an entire team while calling them "redundant" in the official company announcement. Everyone left behind is forced to pick up the pieces even though all the domain knowledge was just walked out the door. The company didn't provide anyone raises for 2023, yet every global town hall they brag about double digit revenue growth and all their acquisitions.
